About Moortekweb

A real person builds and answers for the work.

Moortekweb is run by Michael Moore in Los Angeles — owner, builder, and the person who replies when you write. He helps small service businesses reply to leads faster and spend less time on repetitive office work.

Background

What you can verify today: the public Agentic Harness repository at github.com/moortekweb-art, the synthetic lead journey and routing benchmark on this site, and the Free Lead Check itself — run it on your own workflow and see what it does.

Nothing reaches you until Michael has reviewed and tested it. That rule matters more here than in most shops, because AI agents write much of the code. He works across several coding agents and models on private, reviewable infrastructure he assembles and maintains himself — two machines he built, four graphics cards between them, running local models alongside cloud ones.

Michael has been building with AI since September 2025. He repaired computers at his university, spent ten years in the airlines, and now does maintenance work on high-speed mail sorting machines — replacing the belts, bearings and rollers that wear out, tracing electrical faults, and working out why a line stopped. The equipment is decades old and has to keep running anyway. That is most of what this work is too: something breaks, and somebody has to find it and fix it before the backlog grows.

Lead response is where he started because slow replies and forgotten callbacks are a narrow enough problem to build, measure, and hand over honestly.

Why lead response comes first

Missed calls, slow quotes, and forgotten callbacks have a direct cost. A focused lead-response workflow is easier to understand, test, and improve than a vague company-wide AI project.

Who does the work

Michael scopes the project, builds it, and stays responsible for the handoff. You do not explain the workflow to a salesperson and then start over with another team.

How a project is priced

You see a written scope and quote before implementation begins. If the useful answer is a smaller process change instead of AI, Michael will say so.

What you keep

You receive the agreed workflow, tests, handoff notes, and a clear explanation of the connections and decisions that still belong to your team.
