Should I submit private customer data?

No. Describe the process in general terms. Leave out records, credentials, payment information, medical information, and confidential files.

Will the system send messages or book work by itself?

The normal starting setup prepares a draft for your team. Email delivery, customer-system updates, calendar actions, and routine automatic notifications are included only when they are agreed, tested, and written into the scope.

What if the system is unavailable?

Your existing inbox, phone, and contact process remain the fallback. The first build defines what staff should do when an automated step is unavailable.
