The quote you never sent.
Someone asked you for a price on Tuesday, while you were under a sink. By Thursday they had called somebody else. This is the follow-up helper, and it is built to stop that.
Four things, and that’s all it does
1. It catches the message
Email, your website form, a note you make after a call. Only the places you agree to hook up, and nothing else.
2. It keeps the details together
Name, address, what they want, when they asked. In one place, instead of two phones and an inbox.
3. It writes your reply for you to check
A first answer, ready to go, in words that sound like you. You read it, change what you want, and send it. Nothing reaches a customer unless you press send.
4. It reminds you who is still waiting
Each person stays on the list, with a name against them, until somebody actually calls back.
You approve everything
Nothing goes to your customer without you reading it first. That is how it is set up on day one, and it does not change unless you ask for it in writing and we test it together.
Booking calendars, sending on your behalf, and hooking it up to other programs you already use are added only if you name them and agree to them.
